Why doesn't my website come up completely on my screen ?
If you have to scroll back and forth, or cannot view the entire screen at all, most likely your resolution is set too low or too high. The average resolution setting is 800 x 600 pixels. You must change your settings by entering your START menu at the bottom of your screen. Select SETTINGS, then CONTROL PANEL. Once the Control Panel box opens, select DISPLAY. When the Display box opens, select the SETTINGS tab. Go down to the SCREEN AREA and move the arrow to the right, until it reads 800 x 600 pixels. You should then be able to view the entire screen. If there are any more problems, or if this procedure does not eliminate the problem, contact our technical support at: webtech@cpetc.com
